By car
Lugano is on the A2 motorway (E35 in European Maps) which spans the width of the country from Basel on the French/German borders to Chiasso on the Italian. Lugano is about 3h from Berne or Zürich.
Coming from the south, the main route is the A9 motorway from near Milano to Chiasso (where it becomes the Swiss A2).
From the A2, take the direction for Lugano-Centro and then to Gandria.
By train
You can reach Lugano by train with the FFS, the Swiss Railroad Network.
Once arrived at Lugano railway station, take the bus Line 2 in the direction of Castagnola. The bus stop name is Lido or Palazzo Studi.

From city centre
The exhibition centre is around 20 minutes away on foot.
Alternatively, take the bus Line 3 in the direction of Cornaredo or Line 2 in the direction of Castagnola. The bus stop name is Lido or Palazzo Studi.
By plane
The city has its own airport located about 15 minutes (6km) away near the A2 Milan-Basel highway. Lugano-Agno airport is serviced by domestic flights departing from Zurich and Geneva. Flights from Zurich to Lugano take approximately 50 minutes.
